Fatsas Taxi is run by FATSAS TAXI TRAVEL LTD, VAT no. 10350271H, registered office 1th Apriliou 11, 7040 Oroklini, Larnaca, Cyprus. These terms apply to every ride booked with us, whether by phone, WhatsApp or through this website.
Booking
Your booking is confirmed once we confirm it to you by phone, message or email. Please give us accurate details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers, luggage and, for airport pickups, your flight number. The vehicle we send depends on these details.
Prices
- Prices are fixed per vehicle, not per person, and are agreed when you book. Luggage within the vehicle's capacity is included.
- The price doesn't change because of traffic, the route the driver takes, or a delayed flight.
- Hourly hire, minibus and coach transfers are priced on request.
- If you ask for extra stops, a different destination or extra waiting, the price may change. We'll agree any change with you first.
Flights and waiting
For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup to your real landing time, at no extra cost if the flight is delayed. The free waiting time after landing, or at any other pickup, is confirmed with your booking.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as early as possible on +357 97634177 to change or cancel a booking. Any cancellation charge, and what happens if a passenger doesn't show up, is explained when we confirm your booking.
Passengers and luggage
- We can't carry more passengers or luggage than the vehicle is licensed and built for.
- Every passenger must wear a seat belt. Child seats are available on request; please ask when you book.
- Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. Please tell us in advance if you're travelling with a pet.
- If a vehicle is soiled or damaged by a passenger, we may charge reasonable cleaning or repair costs.
- The driver may refuse to carry anyone who puts the safety of the driver, other passengers or the vehicle at risk.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book.
Liability
We will do everything reasonable to get you to your destination on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as accidents, road closures, severe weather or strikes. Please check that you have all your belongings when you leave the vehicle. If you leave something behind, call us and we'll do our best to return it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Complaints
If something went wrong, tell us using the details below and we'll look into it promptly.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This doesn't take away any rights you have under consumer protection law in your own country.
